khula is initiated by the wife which means the wife agrees to give up her dowry money or offer money to her husband in order to free her from the marriage. This is mutual agreement between husband and wife.

Before we take any decision to dissolve the marriage we prioritise to reconcile within the couple and put back the relationship in original place
