]]> Question: How is the inheritance rule work in regards to the heirs where the deceased left behind the following heirs: wife, 1 son, 4 daughters. He left a some of £16.000 cash money. My question is to know how to distribute this cash to the rightful heirs?

Answer: The simple distribution and proportion of the cash money left by the deceased for each heirs are as follows:       

Wife will get £1,998Son will get £4,6661st. Daughter will get £2,334
2nd. Daughter will get £2,3343rd. Daughter will get £2,3344th. Daughter will get £2,334
 Total£16,000
